Accuracy
Trend Tracker Ltd. will make all reasonable efforts to present accurate information on our products. In the event of any change in the price or specification of a product, or in the event of a pricing error howsoever caused, we will check with you to see if you still wish to purchase the item. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£).
Delivery Policy
Delivery
Trend Tracker will normally process and despatch orders for product which are in stock within 24 hours of receipt on working days (Monday-Friday, excluding British public holidays).
Currencies
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£). All orders will be invoiced in pounds sterling (£).
Export Restrictions
Trend Tracker Ltd. does not restrict the supply of any of its products to any countries.
Refunds and Returns
In the event of a Trend Tracker product being damaged or faulty on receipt, or if we have made a mistake in fulfilling your order, we will either replace it or make the appropriate adjustment to the invoice (including where appropriate, postage and packing costs). Please note that we will wait to receive the faulty copy from you before dispatching a new one.
Trend Tracker Ltd. will refund only standard (Airmail) postage charges for items delivered outside the UK

Any faulty software product supplied by Trend Tracker Ltd. electronically via email should be returned to sales@trendtracker.co.uk as an email attachment with a full description of the fault concerned.

Information, logos, titles, and Internet links accessed, obtained, downloaded or copied by or through Blackwell's services belong to the purveyors of such information and Internet links are subject to all applicable intellectual property laws, rules, regulations, and treaties. You understand and agree that copying or distributing information and other data, in whatever form and without the express written consent of its owner, may constitute infringement of one or more intellectual property laws, conventions, rules, regulations, or treaties.
Privacy
Trend Tracker Ltd. recognises the concern of our customers regarding privacy of information. All information given to Trend Tracker Ltd. is stored securely, is not accessible to other users and will not be distributed to any other company outside of Trend Tracker or its affiliated partners, unless you give us your express consent.
Trend Tracker Ltd. will only use information collected about customers in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. In order to process your payment Trend Tracker Ltd. may provide financial information to our account processors (including banks and such organisations). In addition, you may notify us if you do not wish to receive any further marketing information from us. The type of information we will collect about you includes:

Trend Tracker Ltd. will endeavour to ensure that the information held will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.

You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings.
