The technical experts working in our Repair Technology Centre produce a wide range of vehicle repair data, ranging from light structural research to full body methods. These methods are made available through an online portal called escribe. escribe is one of the UK’s leading repair methods solutions and is designed to help the industry return crash damaged vehicles back to their pre-accident condition and Euro NCAP safety rating in the most effective and efficient way.
Training and apprenticeships
Delegates and apprentices attending Thatcham Research’s Automotive Academy benefit from access to the very latest equipment, technology and repair techniques. As well as underpinning industry standards such as BS10125, the practical and theory-based training courses and apprenticeships are at the forefront of automotive research and methods.
