CAPS, the Common Automotive Platform Standard, has today released its latest data on UK motor claims, showing that June provided 60% of unique claims from the January baseline level and recovering from a fall to 23% during the lockdown period.

A claim that is initiated and exchanged for the first time within the CAPS System “The primary count”
Supply Chain Transmissions
The Unique Claim plus any additional transmission on the same exchanged claim, e.g. notification to a parts Vendor
Claim volumes exchanged up by previous month;
